Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together in the food processor.
- Roll into balls and place on a plate.
- Refrigerate, then roll in coconut, nuts or cocoa powder.
All measurements can be approximated then adjusted to your taste. As an FYI - coconut oil has a very low melting point so if the mixture at first cannot be rolled, place the mixture into the freezer for a minute or two to enable it to harden a little bit. This will make it easier to roll into balls.
