Preparation Instructions:

1. Preheat convection oven to 300°F.

2. Lightly oil two 13x18 sheet pans.

3. Pour 4 cups of cool water into a mixing bowl.

4. Add 1 bag of Conestoga Whole Grain Brownie Mix.

5. Blend with paddle on low speed for 30 seconds.

6. Scrape down sides of bowl and paddle.

7. Mix again for 1.5 minutes on low speed.

8. Spread batter evenly into pre-greased pans.

9. Bake in convection oven at 300°F for 22–23 minutes.
