Coral Bay Medium Shred Coconut is great to have handy in the kitchen at home or in other foodservice operations. Medium shred coconut is a more granular, coarser cut of coconut, and is used largely in a desiccated (dried) form throughout the confectionery and baking industries. Great for cooking, baking or simply topping off that dessert! It is selected when a heavier, chewier consistency is desired in the finished cut. This product is gluten free and kosher.
