The Idahoan Tater Tumbler Potato Bites can be fried for a delicious appetizer. These easy-to-prepare potato bites are crunchy and crispy. With a wide variety of combination options, these potato bites will pair well with sauces and cheese dips. Preparation instruction: 1. Measure 2 quarts hot, not boiling, water into a large bowl. 2. Add entire pouch of potatoes all at once, using spoon or wire whip to distribute evenly and wet all potatoes. Let stand 10 minutes until the potatoes are fully hydrated. 3. Mix well and portion using a #60 scoop. Fry at 350°F for 2 minutes
