Keystone Floor Cleaner and All Purpose Powder,
Keystone Floor Cleaner and All Purpose Powder is a convenient, powdered cleaner for use in a variety of applications. Use to clean floors, walls, equipment, as well as pots and pans.
FEATURES

- Powdered formula provides flexibility with dosage to meet a variety of cleaning needs.
- Use on floors, walls, kitchen equipment, as well as pots and pans.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: FLOOR CLEANING
1. Sweep floors.
2. Make solution using 1/2 cup of powder per 4 gallons (US) of water (125 mL in 15 L) of hot water.
3. Apply solution and soak surface for 2-5 minutes. Scrub floor with deck brush for best results.
4. Remove solution using a foam squeegee for best results. If using a mop, rinse often in a detergent solution.
DINNERWARE, GLASSWARE, FLATWARE, POTS AND PANS PRESOAK:
Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of powder for each gallon of warm water. Scrape off excess food soils before presoaking.
WASH: Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of powder for each gallon of hot (110°F-120°F) water. For heavy suds, add powder to sink while filling with water. Scrub heavy soils with a dull scraper or nylon brush or pad.
RINSE: Use a sink filled with fresh hot water or use an overhead spray. Rinse off cleaning solution thoroughly.
SANITIZE: Use an appropriate EPA registered hard surface food contact sanitizer and follow directions on label. Follow your local health regulations.
FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT
1. Sprinkle powder on dampened surface—wipe with a damp cloth. Scrub heavy soil deposits with a brush.
2. Rinse and dry. Wash removable parts in a solution of 1 tablespoon of powder for each gallon of hot (110°F-120°F) water.
