COOKING TIPS

For richer flavor, 1/2 the water may be substituted with milk.
For richer chocolate flavor, 1/2 the water may be substituted with chocolate milk.

STOVE TOP

HEAT water, sugar and salt to boiling.
STIR in Malt-O-Meal cereal gradually. Return to boiling while continuing to stir, then reduce heat to maintain a low boil.
COOK 2 1/2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
SERVE hot with milk and your hoice of toppings.

MICROWAVE

STIR all ingredienss in a deep microwave-safe bowl.
MICROWAVE in High for 1 minute. Stir.
Microwave 1-2 minutes* more until cereal thickens; stir well every 30 seconds. Watch carefully to prevent boiling over.
STIR. Let stand until desired consistency.

*Because of differences in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary.
