Preparation Instructions:
Option 1 – Hot Water Method:

Add 1 package (32 oz) cheese sauce mix slowly to 1 gallon of hot water (190°F) while whisking.

Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.

Uncover and whisk until smooth.

Hold sauce at 155°F–160°F during service.
Option 2 – Boiling Water Method:

Bring 1 gallon water to a full rolling boil.

Turn off heat and slowly whisk in 1 package of mix.

Turn heat back on; stir until smooth and thickened.

Hold at 155°F–160°F for service.
For smaller batches: Use 2 quarts water + 4 cups sauce mix.
