Preparation Instructions:

Preheat griddle to 365°F–400°F.

In a large mixing bowl, add 3 quarts + 1 cup of cold water.

Add 5 lbs of pancake mix and whisk until fully incorporated (slightly lumpy batter is fine).

Pour or ladle batter onto griddle (approx. 5-inch diameter).

Flip once when edges begin to dry (about 1½ minutes).
