Description
Vanee Mushroom Sauce is a rich brown gravy with a generous amount of sliced mushrooms, slowly cooked for an intense mushroom flavor. Great for meats, potatoes, and pastas. Vanee Mushroom Sauce has no added MSG, is shelf-stable for easy storage, and takes all of the guesswork, time, and labor out of preparing a mushroom sauce.

Each 50 oz. can yields 23 quarter-cup servings, for 276 servings per case
- Heat and Serve - Convection: Place covered prepared product into 300°F oven for 30–40 minutes until center reaches 165°F
- Conventional: Place covered prepared product into 350°F oven for 60 minutes until center reaches 165°F.
- Microwave: Place prepared product into microwave safe covered container. Heat on high approximately 2–3 minutes per portion or until center reaches 165°F.
- Stove Top: Place uncovered prepared product over medium heat for 10–15 minutes or until center reaches 165°F, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.

Dry storage: 50 to 80 degree temperature. Keep from freezing.
