Preparation Instructions:

1. Place 2 cups of White Wings Flour Tortilla Mix in a mixing bowl

2. Add approximately ½ cup of warm water and mix to form medium dough

3. Let dough rest for 15 minutes, covered with a damp cloth

4. Divide into 8 equal portions and roll out to about 1/8 inch thickness

5. Cook on a hot griddle (400–425°F) until lightly browned on each side
   Tip: Use ¼ cup of water per 1 cup of mix for varying quantities
